My Story
A detailed timeline of what happened with Alliance Auto Care — from the day I dropped off my Jeep to the day I gave up waiting for a resolution.
Where It Started
I purchased my dream Jeep and wanted to get some repairs made on it. I did what most people do — I looked for a local shop with decent reviews and brought it in. Alliance Auto Care seemed like a reasonable choice at the time.
What followed was a months-long experience that left me questioning whether the work was ever done correctly, whether I was being told the truth, and whether I'd ever get a straight answer as to when they would refund the $8,500 I paid them.
Timeline of Events
Initial Drop-Off
Brought the Jeep in and received detailed estimate of charges. Signed the paperwork and left the vehicle.
First Email Complaint
I submitted the attached email listing the incorrect items and work that they did to my Jeep.
Second Email Request — Still No Response
After not getting any phone calls, or email response to my 1st email, I sent a 2nd email asking them to make this right. Still no response from them.
Picked Up the Vehicle
Picked up my vehicle and took it to a 2nd mechanic, who told me my Jeep wasn't safe to drive. The work they did and the springs they installed could have caused a serious accident.
Calls Go Unanswered
Called numerous times, sent several emails, all go unanswered. This company has now changed its business name from Alliance Auto Care to Alliance Motorworks and according to the complaints it hasn't stopped.
No Further Response
Attempted to contact Alliance Auto Care one final time to request either a proper repair or a partial refund. The call was not returned. This site is the result.
Why I Built This Site
I'm not looking for a fight. I'm not trying to destroy a business. I'm a person who paid for a service, didn't receive it, and couldn't get anyone to take responsibility.
If you're considering bringing your vehicle to Alliance Auto Care, I hope this account helps you make a more informed decision than I did. Ask for everything in writing. Get a second opinion. And if something feels off — trust that instinct.
