Photo Evidence

These are photos of my Jeep — before, during, and after the work Alliance Auto Care performed. They speak for themselves.

All photos were taken by me. They document the condition of the vehicle and the work that was — or wasn't — done. I've added captions where context is needed.

The Jeep as it sits today — still showing signs of the unresolved issue.

A closer look at the vehicle. This was taken after they said my Jeep was repaired. The evidence is the Tire in the fender up close and the Ball Joint installed incorrectly photos.

This is a proper 6 1/2 inch lift, from a different shop. Spent more money to fix their wrong doings.

Copy of paid invoice. I even paid the overcharge amount and they walked away with my money. Will not even answer when mentioned taking them to court.

Lift limited wheel movement and caused rubbing, very dangerous. You can see the coils pressed in all the way in this image, in flat ground.

Tire rubbing up against fender, coils were all the way down since the lift was a lot shorter than intended.

A Note on These Photos

I am not a mechanic. You can't always tell from a photo what was or wasn't done. What I can tell you is that the problem I brought the Jeep in for was not corrected. The invoice was paid in full (copy attached) and these photos represent part of the record.
